Paintings studio offer to their customers paintings in the following mediums: oil paints, acrylic paints, watercolor, charcoal, pastel, pencil. If you’d like a painting made in another medium, please contact us.

When do I pay for my painting?
We charge 20% of the full price before the painting is made. Once the painting is complete, we will provide a photo to ensure you are satisfied. The rest of the payment will be required before your painting ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is absolutely free to all the world.
How long does it take from when I order to receive my painting?
It depends on the size and type of painting. It usually takes up to 1 month. We appreciate your patience in the process of creating your masterpiece!
Will my painting come framed?
We offer free frames for all paintings up to 75cm x 100cm. We have a large selection of frames that you are free to choose from. We will show you how your painting will look with any frame you want once the painting is finished.
Can I get a discount if I order more than one painting?
Yes, it’s possible! Please contact us.
I’m not happy, can I get my money back?
We do our best to ensure that every painting is made with care and attention to the customers’ wishes. But if you still decide you are not satisfied, we offer a 100% refund once the painting is returned.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
Notify us immediately and we’ll have it replaced as soon as possible.
Will my painting be an exact copy of the image I provide?
We work with highly skilled artists. However, colors and graphic shapes can sometimes be slightly different from the original image. In the end, the painting will be very similar to the original picture.
